Sunstart Caramel & Chocolate Dessert Delights
I LOVE Dulce de Leche. So, when I saw these at Sprouts, I purchased them right away.
They were pretty good but not quite what I was expecting. I had my hopes set on a cookie that tasted like Dulce de Leche heaven.
I would eat these again but I wouldn't spend my own money to do so.

Pasta Prima Gluten Free Butternut Squash Ravioli
I had high hopes for this ravioli. Decadent pasta is one of the dishes I miss most. I miss amazing filled raviolis. I hunger for stuffed shells. So, when I stumbled across this overpriced pasta creation I thought my heart had been heard.
I didn't want to bury the flavor in a tomato sauce, so I drizzled olive oil, a little melted butter and herbs on the pasta.
This pasta was very dry. I could have had it soaking in butter (Paula Deen style) and it would have still be awful. I will never purchase this again.

My two favorite dinners.
I am addicted to Pinterest. Hard core, addicted. I get so many ideas and so much inspiration from that great site.
My fiance, Steve, is a vegetarian. I am gluten free. Dinner time can get stressful around here. I dislike making two dinners. Often, we fend for ourselves. However, I do attempt to make him dinner at least once or twice a week when I am able to come up with a dinner for both of us.
Recently, I made these two dinners I found on Pinterest and it was really delicious.

It was healthy, savory and easy. I hope you enjoy these recipes as much as we did!

Oh, blog.
Wow, I haven't blogged here in forever. I had kept thinking about it. I even had posts written in my head. But, they never made it on to my computer.
Life has changed so drastically since I was last blogging on this blog. I am now a mom of TWO!
My son, Blaine, is gluten free like me. It is cool to share new foods to him and know that his body has always been gluten free!
I am also engaged! I am planning a GF wedding (mostly!)...
I have lots of posts planned! Stay tuned for GF awesomeness!
