I am pondering this....
So....is it more of a Walmart?
Or is it more of a Fresh & Easy?
Well, the store looked like both as you can tell from the photos that I took. Fresh and Easy seems to have more gluten free choices by far. I like Fresh & Easy a lot more and they have this yummy gluten free pudding and they offer So'fella cake mix. Plus, at the Walmart I saw this...

Where is that? I've never heard of it. I've never been to Fresh & Easy either...I'll have to go check it out :)
Traci- I believe the crossroads of the store that I was at is Cooper & Elliot. I believe that I drove by one today on Ray and maybe Cooper though too.
We live in Dallas and our Wal-Marts actually have lots of gluten-free foods, many of which are also carried at the specialty food stores. Wal-Mart's prices are so much lower. We don't have anything like what you've shown in the pics, though. Maybe a glimpse of what's to come.
Looks like Wal-Mart is getting serious about being a bit more presentable?
When we lived in Vegas, these stores started to pop up and we actually went a few times instead of Safeway.
