Kinnikinnick Bagels
I love bagels and I have to tell you, my first experience with this bagel was not love at first bite. I took the bagel out of the freezer, microwaved for 15 seconds, cut the bagel in half and toasted the bagel in my GF toaster. Then I loaded the bagel with cream cheese and I expected a taste explosion in my mouth...instead the bagel was still slightly cold on the inside and lacked "WOW" factor I associate with Kinnikinnick products.
I didn't give up, I figured this was error on my part and I was right. On my second try, I microwaved for 20 seconds, cut in half and toasted twice! Much better. The bagel was still not as delicious as a non-gluten free bagel but I am thankful for the Kinnikinnick option.
What do you guys think? Have you tried the Kinnikinnick bagels?

I have not tried them: but perhaps after being purchased you could store them in the fridge, so they defrost and then can just be toasted? I did what you did with the Food For Life English muffins and had a similar experience in regards to flavor. A friend said they were delicious, so I tried her fridge then toaster method...much, much better!
Hum, when I get more, I will have to try this method! Thanks for the advice :)
I don't think I've tried them, but I never was a bagel fan. Every once in a while I get a craving for one though, so it's good to know about these.
I have tried them, but I don't like them. Udi's has come out with GF bagels and they are DELICIOUS!!! Don't even both trying Kinnikinnick bagels again after you've had an Udi's one!!
