Gluten Free & Fabulous

I found Gluten Free & Fabulous Pizza at a recent trip the market and I was intrigued with the adorable box and large size of the pizza. I decided that at the reasonable price, that it would be worth a try for dinner. I opted to purchase the cheese pizza and load half with turkey pepperoni give the pizza a nice kick!

After following the baking directions, I was surprised by how much I liked this pizza. It was easy to cut and it is considered to be a thin crust pizza, which I really love. This was in the top two frozen pizzas I have had! This pizza = fabulous!

Jessica's All Natural Gluten-Free Granola

Since going gluten free, there have been a long list of items that I miss eating on a regular basis and granola is one of them. So, when I was given the opportunity to try three types of gluten free granola I jumped at it!

I think I may have made granola out to be something major in my head because when I saw these beautiful packages from Jessica's All Natural I almost cried tears of joy. I was able to indulge in granola goodness once again and not feel guilty because after all, gluten free means better for me...at least to my celiac self!

There are no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives in Jessica's granola products and I find that really important.

CHOCOLATE CHIP GRANOLA
Ah-mazing! From the first bite to the last I was in heaven...serving size went out the window for this glutton! It is no wonder that this didn't last more than a day in my house! It was my favorite flavor of the cereals, but I am also a chocoholic and I should probably be in some sort of twelve step program.

So, if you can handle sticking to the serving size on this delicious cereal, here are the stats:

Serving Size: 1/4 cup
Calories: 130
Total Fat: 6 grams
Total Carbs: 16 grams
Sugar: 4 grams
Protein: 3 grams

Vanilla Maple Granola
Yummy and sweet. I love how there is a honey taste intertwined with the vanilla. This is the simplest of the three flavors I sampled. It is perfect for when you want a cereal that isn't overwhelming.

The Stats:
Serving Size: 1/4 cup
Calories: 130
Total Fat: 6 grams
Total Carbs: 16 grams
Sugar: 5 grams
Protein: 3 grams

Almond Cherry Granola :

Visually pleasing and equally delicious for your taste buds! This granola is loaded with almonds and dried cherries making it really satisfying. I added this to some yogurt and it made a perfect afternoon snack!

The Stats:
Serving Size: 1/4 cup
Calories: 130
Total Fat: 7
Total Carbs: 15 grams
Sugars: 5 grams
Protein: 3 grams

Want The Best Gluten Free Food In AZ?

Picazzo's Pizza is my absolute favorite place to eat gluten free! They have a compete separate gluten free menu that is mouth watering. I have never been glutened there and I find their staff to be completely knowledgeable! The photos above are from some of my many times there an I had so many that I didn't know which to choose from! They have amazing gourmet pizzas, delicious chicken wings, yummy humus with flat bread and I cannot wait to try their spinach and artichoke dip! They also have gluten free beer which is hard to find in restaurants, even though I am not a beer drinker.

Stephanie's Bachlorette Party Dinner was held there and every time I go there I have memories of that special night! I love going back there with people I love and making new memories every time!

If you live in Arizona or Oregon, I suggest that you give Picazzo’s a try, you will not regret it!
