Times is moving so quickly.

My family at the pumpkin patch
It felt like just yesterday that I posted on Gluten Free Gluttony, then I realized all my focus was on Memories And Motherhood and I knew I needed to get back to my food blog. Back to the blog that had seen me through so much. So, here I am. Hello.

Little updates: I am no longer GFCF. Just good ole GF. My son no longer nurses and we didn't see much of a change in him with the GFCF diet so we ditched it. He is gluten free though, like me, and I love having a little buddy share snacks with!

My wedding is 98% gluten free! The whole big meal is gluten free and most of my dessert options are GF! Super stoked.

Tomorrow, is a new post with a new review on it. Here is to posting regularly again!

Where have I been?

Hum...good question. I have been around and cooking. So, yay for you all! At first I got into a major food funk, which I tweeted a bunch about. This is when I was still a vegetarian. Yes, I think my vegetarianism played a part in my funk. I never knew what to eat. Going out to eat, which is sometimes a challenge as a gluten free lady got a trillion times harder at some establishments. Eating became mundane and I became more tired than usual because even though I am taking a multi-vitamin, I was still missing out on some protein I needed. I hated eating and I hated food. As a glutton, I was not enjoying the gluttony that I had in the past. So, I was grumpy about food. I would complain in the supermarket and I hated to cook. I recently stopped being a vegetarian and I am ready to make my blog return! TADA!!!

Sorry if you missed me, I missed you all too! New food post in a few days!

More blogs added!

More blogs were added just now! If you are a gluten free blogger or if you know of one that would like to be an addition to the blog roll, let me know and I will check it out! Not all blogs listed are solely GF Food blogs but they are run by GF'ers!  I am a firm believer that while celiacs isn’t always the most fun, learning and sharing can be! So, leave me a comment on here or tweet it to me!

Blogging Issues...

So, I have had many things I would love to post....but I have been unable to upload photos! I have a slew of them. I have been able to use my other Blogger hosted blog with no issues but what is a post with no photos? CRAP, that is what! So, I will tell you what is coming up because I think I have a trick around my issues. I will write my posts on my other blog and then I will copy the HTML on the other blog and paste it into this blog, that should solve the problem, or at least I hope. Anyway, I know that this blog has been slacking and there are a plethora of reasons, but here is what is to come:
  • Book Reviews
  • More Food Reviews
  • Gluten free in college
Well, I did mention a book review, one of the books is:

I am doing this book review unlike any other book review I ever have before, because this book has impacted me unlike any other book. If you are interested in ordering the book, please check out Chef Rachel Albert-Matesz website for more information.
