My favorite muffin from Udi's is either the Lemon or the Blueberry. However, the most sentimental one for me (yes, I get sentimental about food) will always be the Double Vanilla Muffins.

It is the first muffin my little GFCF baby had. It was his birthday muffin. He devoured every bite with such joy on his adorable little kissable face!
