I'm following you.
My favorite gluten free food to eat...hmmm that's a tough one! Right now I like to make spaghetti with Tinkyada's white rice pasta. It's delish! And I wanna try that chocolate cake mix or cookie mix!

Chocolate is my downfall so chocolate cupcakes would be the one

Oh I forgot, one of my favorite foods to make is mini muffins, brownies, etc. They make perfect snacks. I would like to try the biscuit mix.
And, I already follow your blog!
I want to try the cookie or pie crust mixes, these are the two baked goods I have found most frustrating to mix up on my own. And I've bought several mixes that were complete flops, like inedible, toss in the compost flops!
My favorite gluten free food right now is summer pasta salads (Tinkyada spirals, shells, or elbows all work), a canned fish or chicken, veganaise (no eggs here), dijon, lemon, honey, onion powder and mixed raw veggies. Yum!
My favorite gluten free goodie to make is, of course, cupcakes!!! Or, if I'm too lazy to frost all the cupcakes, I just make cake! Mmmm..I love it! I wouldn't mind trying the Namaste pancake mix!
